Registration with Poquoson Little League requires certain forms to be filled out and submitted for participation.

If you sign up online, the following forms: Player Registration, Medical Release, Manager/Coach Application will be available via online. Other forms that are needed, please see below.

If you volunteer, you will need to fill out a new volunteer form or a returning volunteer form and bring to in-person registration or to a board member. The forms are available below.

If you need to sign-up in person, the following are documents you will need. These forms are available ahead of time to save time at registration.
