2026 Pitch, Hit, and Run Event

Poquoson Little League Complex

• Pitch, Hit & Run is a FREE Major League Baseball youth skills competition for ages 7–14
• Players are tested in pitching accuracy, hitting for distance off a tee, and running speed
• This is a competition (not a skills clinic) — top performers can advance through local, team, and World Series finals for a chance to compete at the MLB Finals!
• Boys and girls compete in baseball or softball divisions by age (age as of November 15, 2026)

How it works:
Pitch — throw strikes at a target and earn points for hitting the zone or bullseye
Hit — hit a ball off a tee for distance, with points based on where it lands
Run — sprint 90 feet for time, with the fastest time recorded
